Blur is for "unreadable is enough"

Passersby in the background, an irrelevant window beside your subject, surroundings you'd rather not show — blur is enough and looks more natural than censoring. But account numbers, names and amounts demand "Mosaic Censor": pixelation turns regions into true color blocks with the original information gone; blur only defeats human eyes, not reconstruction.

How to use

Once the image loads, drag a frame over the area to blur — the effect paints live inside, the frame moves whole, corners/edges resize; nothing selected means the whole image. Strength is in pixels and drags live — 4–12px is usually plenty, higher means mushier.
